Microsoft Azure: It's cheaper than AWS and GCP for basic instances, but limited GPU options for mining.

Vultr: It's Budget-friendly has an option with lower base prices for basic instances but limited availability in certain regions.

There more platforms but really it depends on target cryptocurrency , budget every platform has it's pros and cons. I'd say research according to your priority
